How long does the ECU diagnostic process take?
Initial diagnostics usually take 30–60 minutes. For complex cases (CAN bus communication, locked immobilizer), it can take 2–4 hours.
Is there a warranty after repair?
Yes. A 3-month warranty for module repairs, and 6 months for official spare part replacements. Details are written on the service invoice.
Can I consult without immediate repair?
Yes. Face-to-face consultation sessions with senior technicians can be booked via WhatsApp. Free for initial problem assessment.
Do you service European car brands?
Yes — BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Volvo, etc. We have multi-brand scan tools (Autel, Launch, ODIS) with the latest licenses.
Can you service out of town?
For modular cases that can be shipped (ECU, BCM, etc.), we accept packages from all over Indonesia. For on-site service, strictly Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) only.
